Return Policy

Condition of Returned Items

• To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition as when received. They must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all accessories and tags intact, as per Qatar's legal requirements.

Non-Returnable Items

• Used items cannot be returned. Additionally, certain items may be non-returnable due to hygiene or safety reasons, in accordance with Qatar's regulations.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

• Contact our customer service team within the eligible return period.

• Provide your order number and reason for return.

• Our team will guide you through the return process and provide a return authorization if applicable.

Return Shipping

• Medi Life TRADING will cover the cost of return shipping for eligible returns, in line with Qatar's consumer protection laws.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, in accordance with Qatar's financial regulations.

Exchanges

• We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original purchase and place a new order.
